Hello, dear Reader! My name is Alexey Delovarov, and I am the author of this book. A thinker and entrepreneur, I am 48 years old.

A "dark streak" overtook me in 2017. "Covered" on all fronts. I've been getting out for about three years. The first thing I started with was to give up alcohol and coffee and start reading and listening to books on self-development. As you can see, it helped.
This book is a kind of self-development guide. I tried to compactly include the most necessary information for a quick immersion in this topic, which should help the reader significantly reduce the time spent searching for suitable literature.
